The latest film of Dāvis Sīmanis is about the true story of German silent-movie star and theatre actress Marija Leiko.

Through the first-time deal, the local versions of Two Brothers Pictures’ thrillers "Liar" and "Cheat," as well as mystery thriller "The Cry" from the award-winning team at Synchronicity are currently in development, and will make their way to Indonesia.

Both companies have joined forces to offer a wide content library, including TV series and movies from Bavaria and theatrical feature films from Picture Tree. A special screening of Inter Medya is scheduled for 15 November 2023, at 12:00 PM in Cancun Theatre.  The top titles that Inter Medya brings to Cancun are "Leylifer," "Deception," "Tuzak," "Hicran," "Another Chance," and "Melissa," among others.

The new venture was created in association with Sabine Chemaly. The list of films that will make up the new label's inaugural slate will be revealed at Unifrance‘s Rendez-Vous de Paris in January 2024.
