In the lead up to NATPE, eOne and Globo announced an exclusive SVOD licensing deal for the first-run rights in Brazil to eOne’s original dramas “Nurses,” “Burden of Truth” and “Mary Kills People”.
Hit series including “Ray Donovan,” “The Affair,” “Charmed,” “Undercover Boss,” “The Game,” “Everybody Hates Chris” and “Real Husbands of Hollywood” will be available to stream on Peacock with the launch of the service on July 15.
The multi-year deal with Small World IFT is the latest initiative from the studio’s Global Formats team, which in late 2019 launched the studio’s non-scripted UK division, headed by Dom Bird.
HBO Latin America has acquired Latin American pay-TV and SVOD rights to the Paraguayan horror movie “Morgue” after striking a deal with Buenos Aires-based sales agent Filmsharks.
The deal sees NENT Studios UK acquire 40 hours of new programming for international distribution, including the recently announced "Shoplifters: At War With The Law" (6 x 60) and "A&E: After Dark" (6 x 60), both produced by Crackit for Channel 5.
