Spanish-language media and content company TelevisaUnivision announced the sale of the ViX original series “Ellas Soy Yo, Gloria Trevi” for the Spanish and Chilean markets.

The new original romantic comedy, produced by Dori Media International, will become available on the platform on 2 February.

The new ViX Premium with Ads tier will provide subscribers in the country with access to the platform's exclusive premium content, including original series and movies and live sports at a lower price point with a moderate ad load.

The collaboration will expand the company's reach in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America.

Filming for the new thriller series, starring Demián Bichir, has kicked off production in Mexico City.
