Amazon's service has acquired the AVOD rights to the animated series produced by Flying Bark Productions, ABC Australia, Super RTL Germany and Studio 56.
Production for the most expensive show in history’s first season in New Zealand will cost approximately $465 million. The popular show is scheduled to have its release in September 2022.
The series has now reached audiences from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video Direct, HBO Max, Nickelodeon Latin America, China’s CCTV and Kartoon Channel. Season three is currently undergoing production months before the brand’s 2002 retail release.
The thriller has been acquired by Amazon Prime Video for Nordic territories; RTL for German-speaking territories; and HBO Europe for Spain, Portugal and the CEE region, among other sales.
