A+E Networks International has signed a deal with New Zealand’s TVNZ for the launch of the first Lifetime-branded AVOD channel in the territory, which will kick off in August with forty Lifetime movie titles.
The show aired on Lifetime Korea and SBS Korea in June by the Korean broadcasting company SBS and massive OTT platform, iQIYI, with the exception of China and Japan.
This August, Lifetime will present suspense, crime and ultimately, justice, with the network’s summer “Ripped from the Headlines” slate, starting off with two all-new movies inspired by books by true crime author Ann Rule.
As its first investor, the network paved the way for its development and production. and therefore holds worldwide distribution rights to the show. The series will air on 19th June as a Friday-Saturday drama on SBS in Korea and Lifetime Korea.
