The U.S-based licensing agency will handle all licensing and merchandising aspects of the producer/distributor's new line, beginning with the two animated children’s adventure series, "The McFire Family," and "Press Start!"
Vivendi is planning to make a bid for publishing and travel retail giant Lagardère if regulators approve its plan to buy out Amber Capital’s stake, a deal that would create one of Europe’s biggest media companies.
The preschool series will now introduced to the retail industry in the form of backpacks, accessories, watches, and several other products, all set to debut throughout this year and 2022.
The series has now reached audiences from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video Direct, HBO Max, Nickelodeon Latin America, China’s CCTV and Kartoon Channel. Season three is currently undergoing production months before the brand’s 2002 retail release.
The executive will be tasked with overseeing the brand’s global licensing business, as well as developing strategies to garner new licensing, partnership and retail opportunities.
