The first episode of the series won the favour of a vast audience, registering almost 4 million viewers (3,861,000) on Canale 5 and Mediaset Infinity. The first three episodes on Mediaset Infinity reached more than 4 million hours of viewing in just over a week.

The film, produced by Paramount Television International Studios, Rei Cine, and Infinity Hill, was acclaimed and received a standing ovation in its first-ever public screening.

The still-untitled project has been co-written by Spain’s Alicia Luna and Peru’s Santiago Roncagliolio, Patricia Romero and Lima Film Fest artistic director Josué Mendez.

The movie will be produced by VIS, in association with Infinity Hill and Rei Cine.
