The deal has been negotiated by Guido Rud and Matias Fontenla of FilmSharks and TJ SMITH and Larry Greenberg by Quiver Distribution, who plans to release the thriller film in 2Q 2025 all rights.
The tech tycoon will own 77.5% of National Amusements, while the remaining 22.5% will be held by RB Tentpole LP, led by RedBird Capital Partners founder Gerry Cardinale.
