Acting Managing Director of Naked O’Brien has been appointed the position on a permanent basis. While at Thames, Charlie Irwin has been promoted from Director of Programs to Managing Director. In addition, Leilah Mason has been appointed Head of Production and Helen Moore Deputy Head of Production at Thames.

The launch will made alongside Creative Director, Neale Simpson.

The Channel 4 and BBC Studios alumni will oversee various freelance staffing labels such as Thames, Talkback and Naked, as well as the recruitment of potential UK talent.

The partnership includes a brand-new commission in Russia as well as a multi-territory option deal. Earlier in the year, Fremantle announced a UK version of the format to be produced by Thames and Naked for BBC One next year, presented by Paddy McGuinness. 

The executive will oversee output from all Fremantle’s UK labels – Thames, Talkback, Boundless, Euston Films, Hare & Tortoise, Castlefield, and Naked.
