Partnership expands literary-forward slate for both companies as Belletrist builds on its success with Hulu and Netflix series.

The companies expand their long-standing collaboration, currently producing season 3 and 4 of “Wild Cards,” with a new initiative aimed at delivering premium cross-genre content for global markets.

The series is produced by Blink49 Studios and Front Street Pictures for CTV (Canada) and The CW (US) and it was acquired by multiple buyers, including in the UK and Ireland.

Hit crime-solving procedural launches on Paramount+ UK and Channel 5, with additional sales to Disney and Sony across Europe and Latin America, and future seasons 3 and 4 locked under Fifth Season’s global distribution.

The two companies strike a production and distribution partnership on a slate of Blink49 projects. The investment, made through Bell Ventures, is set to close this Fall.
