The agreement brings 66 episodes, including the new spinoff "The Librarians: The Next Chapter," exclusively to Binge and Foxtel platforms, reinforcing Electric Entertainment’s franchise strategy.

Commissioned by Foxtel Group, produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP) Australia, the series is made with major production investment from Screenwest and the Western Australian Production Attraction Incentive. The series will be produced in association with, and distributed by, ITV Studios.

The expanded multi-year agreement brings exclusive first-run British dramas and over 500 hours of iconic U.S. series and blockbuster films to Binge and Foxtel in Australia, reinforcing a 20+ year strategic partnership between Foxtel Group and Sony Pictures Television.

Foxtel Group, Australia’s premier subscription television provider, will continue to operate as a standalone business while benefiting from the UK-based DAZN’s global reach, market-leading technology, and investment in sports entertainment innovation.

These productions are aimed at the Australian and U.S. markets. Fox Entertainment Global will oversee the international sales of the series launched under this pact.
