Theater and film producer Patrick Daly and his production house Caledonia Productions has signed a first-look deal with Passenger.

Passenger will now sit within Fremantle’s Global Drama division and Brown will help drive Fremantle’s efforts in the development and production of TV and film projects.

The series will tell the story of the launch and inaugural season of the BAL and it will be produced by "True Detective" producer Richard Brown. Fremantle will handle the global sales.

The companies are partnering on a real-life drama series about an extraordinary period in the life of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, his government and his country.
