The series is based on the best-selling novel by Johanna Hedman, and is produced by SF Studios. Eccho Rights will be handling international sales.

SkyShowtime revealed the premiere date for "The Cop. A New Chapter"
The series is a co-production between SkyShowtime and Telewizja Polska, with Apple Film producing. It is the latest Polish original series from SkyShowtime, following the drama "Warszawianka," the crime drama "Deadly Ties" (Śleboda), and the thriller "Langer."
