The new launch follows the arrival of the service in France on December 1st and establishes a year of global expansion as the service is now live in 45 markets.
Starting in October, Brazil's largest streaming platform will offer a vast catalog of classic and original content on demand, in addition to seven linear channels for subscribers from more than 20 countries.
According Omdia analysis, the digital platform arrives in a strategy time where schools and workplaces are closed and households will be turning to entertainment services as they stay indoors, particularly to keep children engaged.
