The second season of “The Queen of Flow”, produced by Caracol Television and Sony Pictures Television, and winner of the International Emmy Award for best telenovela in its first season, debuted with great local success, achieving 14.9 of rating and 42.8 of share, completely overshadowing its main competitor, which scored only 8 rating points and 22.9 share in primetime.

More than 7 million people tuned in to the Caracol Televisión to experience an intense first episode, which immediately became a global trend on social media thanks to the return of the explosive duo of Yeimy (Carolina Ramírez) and Charly Flow (Carlos Torres), along with a cast of great talents.

“‘The Queen of Flow,’ once again, shows us its power. This is a production that has as main ingredient a story filled with love and revenge, which engulfs viewers from start to finish, accompanied by a soundtrack with original music and a great audiovisual production. All these are elements that have resulted in an irresistible soap opera for the international market, turning it into a product that has transcended the screen, and one of our largest franchises, with worldwide recognition,”  highlighted Lisette Osorio, VP of International Sales Caracol Television.

Juana Uribe, VP of Caracol Television Channel, added: “We knew about the huge responsibility we had with the audience in creating a second season of a series which has been so award-winning and loved by all and, apparently, we were able to do it, as it was a global trend and achieved very good rating and share numbers. It was a great work by the entire Sony and Caracol’s production team, writers and actors, who faced the enormous challenge of producing such a complex series in the midst of the pandemic. It was worth it and we couldn’t be prouder. ‘The Queen of Flow’ will continue to shine!”.
