Tubi surpassed 100 million monthly active users and reached 1 billion hours of total viewing time in May. According to The Gauge, which tracks monthly TV and streaming usage in the U.S., Tubi has reached an all-time high of 2.2% of total TV viewing minutes in May 2025. “In the fierce battle for consumer attention, Tubi continues to gain momentum by offering something different: premium on-demand entertainment that is 100% free for viewers and 100% powered by ads,” said Anjali Sud, CEO of Tubi. “Tubi is resonating with cordless audiences, younger audiences, and audiences that dictate culture, define trends, and represent billions in purchasing power. At a time when every marketing dollar counts, Tubi is becoming the essential platform for advertisers to reach essential consumers.”

Tubi offers nearly 300,000 movies and TV episodes, as well as 400 Tubi Originals, delivered in a personalized, frictionless viewing experience across a wide variety of devices. More than 95% of viewing on Tubi is on–demand movies and TV shows, differentiating the platform versus other FAST platforms that skew towards live, linear channel viewing. Over half of Tubi viewers are Gen Z or Millennials, and 67% are cord-cutters and cord-nevers, according to the March MRI Cord Evolution Study.

Tubi’s broader programming strategy is to develop, license, and acquire premium content and creator projects that serve fandoms and resonate with young, multicultural audiences. Nearly one in four Tubi viewers are watching a Tubi Original, as viewers demand more exclusive content featuring fresh talent and stories that reflect their lived experiences. Upcoming Tubi Original premieres include "Breaking Bear" starring Brendan Fraser, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Annie Murphy, Elizabeth Hurley and Josh Gad, the renewal of "Big Mood" with Nicola Coughlan and Lydia West for the second season, the reunion of Siena Agudong and Noah Beck for "Sidelined 2: Intercepted," three new Young Adult films for Gen Z: "Hive" starring Xochitl Gomez and "How To Lose A Popularity Contest" starring Chase Hudson and "Kissing Is The Easy Part" with Asher Angel.

Tubi is also expanding stories at the intersection of where sports meets culture, including "Destination World Cup 2026" (Working Title) and "Zero Start: The Cam Ward Story," with more to be announced soon. Through initiatives like Stubios, the first fan-fueled studio in streaming, and the recently announced Kickstarter partnership, which is bringing over 20 Kickstarter-funded films exclusively to Tubi’s platform, Tubi continues to break down barriers for creators and provide viewers with stories they cannot get anywhere else.

For this TV Upfront, Tubi announced innovative ad formats thoughtfully integrated to meet the needs of brands across various industries, including CPG, Auto, and more. New products include Tubi Wrappers for studios to promote upcoming theatrical releases, Carousels for virtual showrooms or product showcases, New Pause Ad Formats, Tubi Moments where ad creative can appear in the most relevant content moments, Tubi Storefronts and Tubi Prime for guaranteed ad placements within our most popular, brand safe content on Tubi. Tubi has also built new and expanded partnerships around personalization, performance, and vertical and custom solutions to deliver results that match the reach and relevance advertisers can achieve through the platform.
