Australian producer and distributor has been greenlighted to proceed with its £2.1 million ($2.6 million) acquisition of UK non-scripted specialist, previously owned by Kew Media Group, which became insolvent last month.
The Australian producer reached an agreement to purchase the nonscripted factual content distributor belonging to the Kew Media Group, which declared insolvent last month.
The company financed the film, pre-sold it to Channel 4, and is discussing its exit strategy with Kew Media following the Canadian production group’s administration collapse.
