About Premium Content has secured the first sales for new drama series “Gloria” ahead of the company’s attendance at Le Rendez-Vous Biarritz. “'Gloria' has been incredibly well received by audiences in France and we are excited to roll the show out globally with the expectation that it will be as successful as the original series Keeping Faith,” Joint-CEOs and Co-Founders at APC, Laurent Boissel and Emmanuelle Guilbart, said. “'Gloria' is full of suspense with a strong female lead who we feel will resonate with international viewers.”

A presale was recently announced by French SVOD platform Salto. Produced by Quad Drama, "Gloria" premiered in March on TF1 in France, garnering positive feedback. The French-language thriller is produced in collaboration with Région Bretagne, Procirep and Angoa, alongside CNC. AT-Production / R.T.B.F. Mediaset in Italy served as coproducers, while NBCUniversal International Networks picked up broadcasting rights for CALLE 13 in Spain, followed by MHZ in the US and Canada, TVP in Poland, SBS in Australia and La Forta in Spain.

The French remake of the hit BBC series Keeping Faith, it is written by Jeanne Le Guillou and Bruno Dega and directed by Julien Colonna. Cécile Bois, known for her role in Candice Renoir, plays the main character alongside Barbara Schulz, Joey Starr and Bernard Le Coq, also starring in the series.

The six-part series draws the viewer into a woman’s frantic search for her missing husband - a woman whose strength, determination, sense of justice, but also humor and kindness, are the ingredients of an inspiring and truly endearing character. In a small town in Brittany, Gloria, a mother of three children, sees her life turned upside down when her husband goes to work one morning and never comes back. While she fights to discover the truth about his disappearance, she must face the suspicion of her in-laws and confront the police captain Marianne Volton who holds an old grudge against her. She will also find unexpected allies and, ultimately, discover her inner force.
