DCD Rights confirms new deals for the second season of international crime drama, "Hidden Assets." The sales include the BBC in the UK, which is set to air the fast-paced drama early next month, as well as SBS in Australia, Stan in Australia, Acorn TV in New Zealand, TV4 in Sweden and TV2 in Norway. “We are extremely pleased to see this superbly produced, engrossing drama series extend its reach to even more international platforms and broadcasters,"Nicky Davies Williams, CEO of DCD Rights said.

"Hidden Assets" produced by Saffron Moon, Facet4Media & Potemkino for RTÉ, Super Channel & Acorn TV, and written by Peter McKenna, Morna Regan, Mary Fox and Marthy Thornton, is directed by Emmy-nominated Thaddeus O’Sullivan and leading Belgian director Kadir Ferati Balci.  The second season of "Hidden Assets" was co-funded by Screen Ireland and Creative Europe MEDIA. The second series, which was first transmitted on RTÉ Ireland in September this year, stars Nora-Jane Noone, Wouter Hendrickx and Simone Kirby. Series One also starred Angeline Ball.

Having returned to Ireland after Richard Melnick’s memorial service, Bibi (Kirby) fears her father-in-law’s partners are tying up loose ends, so she approaches the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) with a deal: protection and immunity from prosecution in return for information. However, there have been changes in CAB and new team lead, DS Claire Wallace (Noone), is less inclined than her predecessor to deal with Bibi. But when coordinated cyber-attacks on CAB and the Belgian Counter-Terrorist Unit are linked back to the Brannigan case, Claire is left with no option.

Claire and CTU’s Christian De Jong question Bibi and are stunned to learn the truth about the Belgian bombing campaign. Bibi also divulges the existence of a mole in CTU.  The CAB team travel to Antwerp, joining forces with Europol for a sting operation. In the face of growing violence and ever-increasing stakes, Claire and Christian race against time to uncover the CTU mole and expose a vast conspiracy.
