Discovery Italia to air four new Casta Diva's shows

Casta Diva, the production house of Casta Diva Group has created four new programmes, ready to be aired on Discovery Italia networks, the game show "Questa è casa mia"; the programme "Trasformazioni Incredibili"; a culinary show with Luca Terni and the format "Fare detailing with Marcello Mereu."

“2021 has been a particularly rich and stimulating year from the point of view of television productions, but 2022 will not be any less,” Fabio Nesi and Massimo Righini, respectively CEO and Chief Creative Officer of the production company Casta Diva, say. “These new programmes that are about to hit the small screen are the result of a careful selection among the best foreign productions: fresh, original and not predictable, they will thrill the Italian audience as well. We are also very satisfied with the success of the original formats we created last year for which a second unreleased season is ready to start,” they conclude.

The factual-game show "Questa è casa mia" is the adaptation of the original BBC format "This is my house" and will be hosted by Tommaso Zorzi in Italy. In each episode, four contestants will have to convince a jury of celebrities – made up of Roberta Tagliavini, Stefania Orlando, Barbara Foria and the comedian and influencer Nicola Conversa – that “This is my house”, but only one of the four will tell the truth. The programme, which will be broadcast from 6 May on Real Time, aims to challenge prejudices and play with the natural curiosities of the human soul.

"Trasformazioni Incredibili" ("Incredible Transformations") is to be aired from 16 May on Real Time with Enzo Miccio, beauty expert Loretta Grace and hair stylist Alessandro Maritato. Two stories will be told in each episode: thanks to the help of some accomplices, the unsuspecting protagonists will be brought before the 3 experts and will thus be able to experience a true all-round transformation.

In June, Tuscan chef Luca Terni will return to Food Network with a new travelling programme dedicated to the search for the most authentic flavours of traditional Italian cuisine.

These new programmes will be joined by the second season of "Fare detailing with Marcello Mereu", the format dedicated to motoring enthusiasts on the secrets of car care. In addition to the new chapter “Speciale Testarossa”, available in streaming on the discovery+ platform, the renowned car detailer Mereu will be the protagonist at the end of the year of a new special dedicated to another very special car, the Amos, to be broadcast on Motor Trend.
