Dori Media to distribute Argentina's Kuarzo Entertainment & StoryLab's scripted catalogs

The company will begin representing both Kuarzo and StoryLab scripted content immediately as the company heads to MIPCOM in Cannes, France.

Dori Media Group has signed leading Argentine production companies Kuarzo Entertainment Group and StoryLab to represent their scripted programming catalogues globally, it was announced today by Dori Media CEO Nadav Palti. Dori Media, one of the world’s leading TV distributors with offices in Switzerland, Israel, Argentina, Spain, and India, will begin representing both Kuarzo and StoryLab scripted content immediately as the company heads to MIPCOM in Cannes, France.

Top Kuarzo titles now represented by Dori Media include dramas “Un León en el Bosque,” “El Sabor del Silencio,” and dramedy “El Buen Retiro.” Leading StoryLab titles include sci-fi and action series “Nieve Roja,” “Último Primer Día,” and “Estocolmo.”

Earlier this summer, Dori Media Group and Abot Hameiri’s original new game show “The Auction” successfully debuted on América Televisión in Peru (local name – “La Subasta”), marking the first market to broadcast the new format. Owned by Abot Hameiri and Dori Media in collaboration with América Televisión, Kapow, and Open Kimono, and produced in Peru by América Estudios, the format has already attracted strong interest from international buyers.

“The Auction” pits two teams of five family members against each other in a fun and suspenseful auction setting. Each team is given an equal budget and looks to acquire prizes with the highest value, all while trying to reach the final and win the show’s grand prize. Dori Media is handling all worldwide sales of the series.
