ENDEMOL SHINE GROUP AND ROKU PARTNER ON ENTERTAINMENT DISTRIBUTION

Three Endemol Shine channels launched on The Roku Channel in the US. The company one of the launch partners for The Roku Channel in the UK.

Global content creator, producer and distributor Endemol Shine Group announced the launch of three channels in the US with TV streaming pioneer Roku, in addition to partnering with Roku for the launch of The Roku Channel in the UK.

"Reel Truth Crime", "DIY Daily" and "Wipeout Xtra" are available on The Roku Channel in the US, which is the home for free and premium entertainment on the Roku platform. Powered by streaming technology partner Wurl, the three originally created consumer facing brands feature a host of shows from Endemol Shine Group’s rich content archive.

In addition to the launch of the US channels, Endemol Shine Group have also partnered with Roku in the UK for the launch of The Roku Channel. Content from Endemol Shine’s library such as "Animal Park", "Bananas in Pyjamas", "McLeod’s Daughters" and "Wipeout" (Australia and Canada) are available on The Roku Channel with no subscriptions, fees or logins. The Roku Channel is available on Roku streaming players, Hisense Roku TVs, plus NOW TV and Sky Q devices.

Specialist true crime brand "Reel Truth Crime" features compelling crime content such as Crime Investigation Australia and Ross Kemp on Gangs; "Restore" is a home, garden and lifestyle channel which showcases popular series including Restoration Home and Build a New Life in the Country; and "Wipeout Xtra" is home to some of the best-loved physical gameshows such as the UK version of Total Wipeout hosted by Richard Hammond.

Crime Investigation Australia is a Foxtel Original Production; Ross Kemp on Gangs is a Tiger Aspect Production and Mongoose Production for Sky Television; Restoration Home is produced by Remarkable Television, an Endemol Shine company; Build a New Life in the Country is a Shine Production for Channel Five; Total Wipeout is produced by Initial, an Endemol Shine company, for BBC; Animal Park is a produced by Remarkable Television, an Endemol Shine company; Bananas in Pyjamas is A Southern Star Entertainment and Southern Star Singapore production developed and produced in association with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation; McLeod’s Daughters is a Millennium Television production for the Nine Network Australia; Wipeout Australia is an Endemol Southern Star production for Nine Network Australia; Wipeout Canada is produced in association with Shaw Media, Endemol Argentina S.A, and Lone Eagle Entertainment.
