Fremantle appoints Jane Atkinson as Director of Global Production, Entertainment

Fremantle recently promoted Jane Atkinson to the position of Director of Global Production, Entertainment. “Jane has been an invaluable addition to both Fremantle’s Global Entertainment team, and the wider business since she joined in 2018. I’m delighted to welcome her to this key new leadership role," Chris O’Dell said.

Reporting to Chris O’Dell, Fremantle’s Head of Global Entertainment Production, Atkinson will manage the department’s various production support functions for unscripted and expand the company’s global production management network. Her extended remit will also require her to oversee Fremantle’s rapidly growing unscripted business with the global streaming platforms, working across all Fremantle’s worldwide production offices. 

Prior to her new role, Jane held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Entertainment Production at Fremantle. Previous to her roles at Fremantle she held the position of Line Producer at BBC Entertainment and Events for ten years. “I’m thrilled to take on this newly created position and continue to champion the role of production management across our global business," Jane said.
