GERMAN PRODUCTION COMPANY LAILAPS JOINS THE STUDIOCANAL FAMILY

Munich-based Studiocanal TV Group welcomes producer Nils Dünker along with his production company Lailaps Films ("Wild Republic", "Hannes" "Eine Unerhörte Frau", "Spurlos in Marseille", "Vorsicht vor Leuten", "Beste Aller Welten") as part of the Studiocanal family.  Both companies have been working together in a trusting relationship for several years, reinforcing Studiocanal Group's ambition to produce high-quality series content in Germany.

Following the successful launch of the German adventure drama series "Wild Republic" on Magenta TV on April 16 2021, Dünker and his team are currently preparing "Gesicht der Erinnerung" for SWR/ORF; the continuation of the highly-successful "Ingo Thiel" series for ZDF. Other exciting projects are also in development and pre-production. Additionally, the film adaptation of Rita Falk's bestseller "Hannes", co-produced by Lailaps and Studiocanal, will be released this fall by Studiocanal Berlin.
