GRB Studios secures several global sales ahead of MITV 2022

The company has confirmed deals with AETN, Foxtel Australia, Discovery New Zealand, and Pluto TV U.S. & Brazil.

GRB Studios' Executive Vice President of International Sales, and Operations, Hud Woodle, has secured various global sales deals and acquisition plans for the upcoming MIPTV market in Cannes.“GRB is thrilled to be going into MIPTV strong with a slate of distribution deals behind us, and we are actively looking to acquire some great new programming from around the world in all genres, scripted and unscripted," Woodle said. "We are also looking forward to meeting in person in Cannes with our current and new partners.”

The deals announced include "Auction Kings," an Atlanta-based reality program that goes to Romania via AETN UK, and "The Bay." The Emmy-winning drama series is now traveling to Slovenia, S1-6, to be broadcast by Planet TV.

Season 7 and 8 of "On The Case with Paula Zahn," a true-crime investigation program in France by M6, is also set to air. In Australia and New Zealand, the docuseries "Turquois Fever" was acquired by Foxtel Australia, while "Served: Harvey Weinstein," an entertainment documentary, was also picked up by the network. "Rhys Darby: Mystic Time Bird," a stand-up comedy special, was acquired by Channel 10 Australia and Discovery New Zealand, also debuted.

In North and South America across Brazil and The U.S, "Untold Stories of the E.R." is set to debut. The medical emergency reality docuseries was picked up by Pluto TV: the U.S., all available seasons in both English and Spanish. Pluto TV: Brazil also secured several seasons of the program in Portuguese.
