Gusto TV inks its newest global distribution deal with TCL FFalcon, a company jointly backed by major TV manufacturer TCL Electronics, Tencent, and Southern TV New Media. TCL FFalcon will add Gusto TV’s original food programming to their family entertainment hub, TCL Channel, which comes generally pre-installed on the TCL Roku TVs and Android TVs.

"It’s exciting to partner with a technology powerhouse like TCL FFalcon. With their immersive and engaging visual experience and our stunning culinary programming, viewers will be truly transported beyond the surface of a display," says Chris Knight, CEO and President of Gusto Worldwide Media.

Gusto TV’s award-winning programming is a feast for the eyes with diverse cuisines, inspiring recipes, and dynamic hosts. Gusto TV is streaming on dozens of platforms around the world in multiple languages with all original content.

TCL Electronics achieved strong growth in sales volume of TCL TVs. According to TCL’s mid-year filings shared in August, the global sales volume of TCL smart screens in the first half of 2021 reached 11.27 million sets, with a year-on-year increase of 11.8%, ranking TCL firmly among the top three smart TV brands in the world.

“We are thrilled to journey ahead with Gusto TV’s first-class and enjoyable culinary content. Depending on the TCL Electronics smart TV sales volume, and TCL Channel’s experienced content management, we are confident this alliance can make an impact on TCL Smart TV users,” says Matt Ding, the global business manager of FFalcon TCL.
