HG Distribution confirmed that the two seasons of "422" have been sold to Canal + in France and Spanish channel TV3. The show was an immediate success after its first Canadian broadcast on Télé-Québec. Acclaimed by critics and appreciated by the public, the series broke audience records both on the broadcaster's digital platform and on television. The program, which is composed of 25 episodes spread over two seasons, is written and directed by Benoit Lach and Vincent Lafortune of Blachfilms.
"422" features an abandoned house in a small village, five young people discover a secret passage leading to a mysterious world, where there is a treasure of inestimable value. The excitement of this exceptional find will be brief for Lou and his friends who quickly find that the treasure is coveted by shady individuals with malicious intentions.
Threatened by these men without honor, our young protagonists have no choice but to rush into this strange universe to save their skin. Together, they will thwart dangers and dive into a treasure hunt that will lead them to the end of themselves.
