ITV Studios has announced a series of senior appointments aimed at enhancing its Data & Insights and Business Development functions, reinforcing its long-term global growth strategy. Under the leadership of Tom Clark, EVP, Global Sales & Commercial Strategy, the move strengthens operational capabilities across Global Partnerships and Zoo 55, ITV’s direct-to-consumer digital platform.

Effective October 1, Jason Fletcher joins as SVP, Data & Insights. He brings nearly a decade of experience from Sky, where he led content strategy and analytics for partnerships with Netflix, HBO Max, and Paramount+, in addition to advising Sky Studios’ commissioning and acquisitions. Fletcher will lead ITV Studios’ expanded data unit, which plays a critical role in shaping distribution strategies, content investment decisions, and the development of its owned digital assets.

Supporting him are Rebecca Ameson, appointed VP, Data & Insights, and Felix Eccleshare, Senior Data Analyst. Ameson transitions from ITV Studios Technology, while Eccleshare joined the team in July after serving as Internal Communications and Engagement Lead at the BBC. Together, the team is tasked with delivering actionable business insights that will inform high-stakes decisions across the group.

In parallel, ITV Studios is reinforcing its Business Development function with the appointment of Yannis Ioannidis as SVP. A seasoned executive with experience across content, tech, and global strategy, Ioannidis previously worked at TikTok/ByteDance, where he spearheaded global content partnerships and rights agreements, and supported international product rollouts. His career also spans leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom and consulting work across multiple regions, including the U.S., Central Europe, and the Middle East. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Will Johnson also joins the Business Development team as Manager, bringing more than five years of experience from ITV Studios Global Content, where he managed key relationships and worked with labels such as Poison Pen, ITV Studios America, and Apple Tree.

“These two functions—Business Development and Data & Insights—are critical engines that will help us to identify significant growth drivers in the rapidly evolving global digital and media landscape,” said Tom Clark. “They are vital in informing strategic decision-making as we continue to grow ITV Studios’ footprint around the world, and I’m thrilled to welcome these supremely talented individuals into the team.”

Jason Fletcher commented, “I’m excited to join ITV Studios at this pivotal time for content and audiences. ITV’s catalogue and creative ambition are second to none, and I look forward to working with my team and colleagues across Studios to bring data and insight to the heart of how we grow value across platforms and partnerships.”

Yannis Ioannidis added, “With its incredible creative heritage and global scale, ITV Studios is uniquely positioned to shape the future of content—from new formats and emerging technologies to fresh commercial opportunities. I look forward to working with the team to help fuel the next phase of growth.”

The appointments signal ITV Studios’ continued commitment to building a future-ready business model, underpinned by data intelligence and strategic innovation in global content markets.
