Keshet International closed new key deals across the CEE Region

Keshet International secured multi-title agreements with major broadcasters including Canal+ Polska, Polsat, Prima Group, TV3 Group, TV2 Group, Dolce Vita TV, and HRT Croatia. Highlights include pre-sales of "Seven Wonders of the Ancient World" in Poland and the Czech Republic, over 50 hours licensed to Latvia’s TV3 Group, and multiple seasons of "Trucking Hell" and "Around the World by Train" placed across five markets.

Keshet International has completed a raft of sales across the CEE region, including deals with Canal+ Polska S.A., Polsat, and Dolce Vita TV in Poland; Prima Group in the Czech Republic; TV3 Group in Latvia; TV2 Group in Hungary; and HRT Croatia.

Kelly Wright, KI’s MD of Distribution, says, “Our English language factual shows like "Seven Wonders of the Ancient World" and "Hitler’s Treasure Hunters" are proving popular across the board, alongside our factual entertainment titles like "Trucking Hell", "Around the World by Train" and "World’s Most Evil Killers", which continue to travel widely. We’ve loved meeting many of our clients in person in Warsaw this week.”

KI has completed two further pre-sales for "Seven Wonders of the Ancient World", the 3x60’ premium history docuseries it co-developed with SandStone Global, with Canal+ Polska S.A. in Poland and Prima Group in the Czech Republic. The global content distributor has already closed pre-sales with Channel 5 in the UK, SBS in Australia, and Histoire TV in France.

Other titles recently sold by KI to Canal+ Polska S.A. include "Dinner with Gavin Rossdale" (6x60’), the celebrity food chat show produced by Roundtable Entertainment and Bungalow Media+ Entertainment launched at the London TV Screenings 2025; Matila Röhr Productions' critically acclaimed feature docs "Tale of the Sleeping Giants (Tunturin Tarina)" (1x90’) and "Arctic Wildlife in Lapland" (1x70’); alongside "Dirty Home Rescue" (12x60’) and three seasons of "Trucking Hell" (S1 10x60’, S2 20x60’, S6 22x60’), both produced by Crackit Productions.

In addition, the global content distributor has closed Free TV windows with Polsat in Poland for ITN Productions’ feature doc "100 Days that Rocked the Royals" (1x90’), Matila Röhr Productions' "Tale of the Sleeping Giants" (1x52’), and Perpetual Entertainment’s "Hitler’s Treasure Hunters" (6x60’), which KI has already licensed in CEE in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Slovenia as part of a pan-regional deal with Hearst Networks EMEA (as announced on 25 February 2025).

Also in Poland, KI has sold a package of content to Dolce Vita TV that includes Rumpus Media’s and Motion Content Group’s travelogue "Around the World by Train" (S1 6x60’, S2 6x60’) with Sir Tony Robinson; Rumpus Media’s "Billionaire Resorts" (6x60’); alongside "The Great Gardening Challenge" (6x60’) and "Mega Mansion Hunters" (3x60’), both produced by Crackit Productions.

In the Czech Republic, Prima Group has licensed Perpetual Entertainment’s "Hitler’s Treasure Hunters" (6x60’), Matila Röhr Productions' "Tale of the Sleeping Giants" (1x90’), and Rumpus Media’s and Motion Content Group’s travelogue "Around the World by Train" (S1 6x60’, S2 6x60’), alongside the previously mentioned pre-sale of "Seven Wonders of the Ancient World."

In Latvia, KI has licensed a package of over 50 hours of content to the TV3 Group, including both series of Studio Lambert’s "Girlfri3nds" (S1 8x60’, & S2 8x60’), ITV2’s dating show where three friends embark on a dating adventure which starts with 100 eligible bachelors auditioning for them; both series of Rumpus Media’s and Motion Content Group’s travelogue "Around the World by Train" (S1 6x60’, S2 6x60’); Pi Productions’ "The Wonderful World of Crafting" (4x60’); and Crackit Productions’ "The Great Gardening Challenge" (6x60’), which sees the UK’s best garden designers battle it out to create the most original public gardens in 48 hours and on a budget.

While in Hungary, KI has licensed a package of factual and entertainment content to TV2 Group that includes two seasons of "Hoarders" and three seasons of "Trucking Hell" – both produced by Crackit Productions.

In Croatia, KI has closed a licensing deal with HRT Croatia for both seasons of Rumpus Media’s and Motion Content Group’s travelogue "Around the World by Train" (S1 6x60’, S2 6x60’).
