Filming began this week in Manchester on Two Brothers Pictures’ latest 8x30’ comedy-drama, “Entitled.” Starring Brett Gelman in the leading role, the dark comedy sets to unravel our beliefs on privilege and prerogative whilst delving into themes of grief, class, and greed. Harry Williams, Jack Williams and Sarah Hammond, the creative team behind Emmy award-winning “Fleabag,” executive produce the series for Two Brothers Pictures, an All3Media company. “Entitled” is co-produced by Channel 4 and Showtime in the United States, in association with All3Media International.

Gelman is joined by Donald Sumpter as Quincy Beaucroft, the cold, hard-hearted Baron; Brendan Patricks as Aston Beaucroft, the oldest child, mentally and emotionally equipped for nothing; Pippa Bennett-Warner as Xanthe Beaucroft, the adopted sister - witty, acerbic and guarded; Mark Quartley as Bart Beaucroft, the youngest sibling, agoraphobic and appears child-like; Jonathan Livingstone as Neville, Gabe’s self-serving lawyer and friend; Charlotte Louise Arrowsmith as Miss Whitby, the devoted housekeeper and keeper of secrets; and Kelly Wenham as Elizabeth, Gabe’s compassionate wife who is living a lie.

“Entitled” follows Gabe (Gelman), a conniving American widower who posthumously must get to know The Beaucrofts, his British wife’s eccentric estranged family, in their crumbling gothic mansion in the English countryside. As Gabe’s search for closure and truth reveal a newly inherited fortune, each family member’s ambition comes to a head. The show is created by Matt Morgan and directed by Tim Kirkby. Morgan, Kirkby, and Gelman are also Executive Producers on the project.
