SIC and OPTO have signed a strategic agreement with Disney+ for the premiere of their new major national fiction production “Vitória”, starring Cláudia Vieira and featuring a stellar cast. This collaboration marks a milestone in the national audiovisual plan, bringing together a leading television station and two renowned streaming platforms in an innovative multiplatform premiere. Scheduled to premiere in September, “Vitória” will be broadcast simultaneously on SIC, OPTO, and Disney+, offering viewers an innovative, multiplatform experience. The episodes broadcast daily on SIC will be available in advance on Disney+ and Opto every Sunday, allowing viewers to watch them before they air on FTA television.
The agreement with Disney+ introduces a new screening window on Sundays: five episodes premiere in the afternoon, simultaneously on Opto SIC and Disney+. After linear broadcast, episodes will be available for seven days on TV operators, 30 days on Opto SIC, and fully and exclusively available on Disney+ as weekly episodes stack up on this platform. This agreement reflects SIC's commitment to innovating in content distribution formats and expanding the reach of national fiction.
