Simone D’Amelio Bonelli is the new VP Regional Director of A+E Networks Italy

Simone D’Amelio Bonelli has been named Vice President Regional Director of A+E Networks Italy following the departure of Patricio Teubal, who exited the company to pursue other professional opportunities. D’Amelio Bonelli will report to Almudena Ledo Linares-Rivas, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Southern Europe and Managing Director of Cosmopolitan TV.

In his new role, the former Content and Creative Director of A+E will be tasked with strengthening the company’s partnership with Sky, its on-demand offering and the presence of its brands on Now. He will also continue to build the SVOD services offerings History Play, Crime+Investigation Play and Blaze Play, which are included in Amazon’s Prime Video Channels and Mediaset’s Infinity.

In addition to the appointment of D’Amelio Bonelli, Daniele Giuliani has been named Programming and Acquisition Director, and Giovanni Belli will now be Marketing, Digital and Public Relations Manager within A+E Networks Italy.
