Philippines giant GMA Network and Asian streamer Viu Philippines expand their partnership by creating a premium catch-up service for 33 top-rating GMA series available on Viu to binge-watch. Audiences can choose from GMA’s premium library content offering adventure, drama, and romance, including "I Left My Heart in Sorsogon", "Legal Wives", "Artikulo 247"(Article 247), "Return to Paradise", "Nagbabagang Luha" (Flames of Love), "The Fake Life", and "Nakarehas na Puso" (Prisoners of the Past). GMA titles will be dropping on Viu Philippines throughout 2024, giving viewers the opportunity to binge-watch or enjoy these programs for the first time.
"I Left My Heart in Sorsogon" is a romantic drama is the comeback of Heart Evangelista. Joining her are Richard Yap and actor Paolo Contis; "Artikulo 247 (Article 247)" is gripping drama that showcases the emotional journey of a woman who bravely moves on from her past entanglement with her boss and his wife; "Return to Paradise" follows the story of two college students that stranded on an island after a plane crash; "Nagbabagang Luha (Flames of Love)" is the TV adaptation of the 1988 blockbuster film "Nagbabagang Luha", by filmmaker Ishmael Bernal.
"The Fake Life" is drama series stars Ariel Rivera, Beauty Gonzalez, Sid Lucero, Tetchie Agbayani, with Will Ashley, Shanelle Agustin; "Legal Wives" family drama series about an honorable man from a well-off Maranao family named Ismael Makadatu who will equally love three women out of obligation, dedication, and compassion; "Nakarehas na Puso (Prisoners of the Past)" follows the loving and hardworking mother, Amelia, who, in her extreme desire to escape poverty, makes the wrong decision and sets off a web of consequences and unfortunate events for her family.
Other GMA Network shows made available on Viu in March were "Lolong (Crocodile Whisperer)", starring Hero Ruru Madrid; the heart-pounding suspense series "Widows’ Web" with Carmina Villaroel, Ashley Ortega, Vaness Del Moral, Pauline Mendoza; and "First Yaya (The First Nanny)", the romantic comedy series starring Gabby Concepcion and Sanya Lopez.
