VIACOMCBS UNVEILS SLATE OF CONTENT, PRICING AND MORE FOR PARAMOUNT+

ViacomCBS Networks Americas announced key details, including launch titles, pricing, and distribution partners, for its highly anticipated streaming service, Paramount+, which will launch in 18 countries in Latin America on March 4, 2021.

ViacomCBS Networks Americas, a division of ViacomCBS, announced key details, including launch titles, pricing, and distribution partners, for its highly anticipated streaming service, Paramount+. The new platform will launch in 18 countries in Latin America on March 4, 2021.

At launch, consumers in Latin America can sign up for a seven-day free trial or a monthly subscription of $79MXN in Mexico, $19.90RL in Brazil, and $299ARS in Argentina. Price varies in other Latin American countries in the region. Paramount+ will feature a seamless user interface, enhanced curation, discovery, content categories, and a central hub for ViacomCBS' brands. Additionally, each subscription option will include parental control capabilities. 

The new Paramount+ will be available online at paramountplus.com and on mobile and connected TV devices via the Paramount+ app for iOS and Android. The service will also have broad distribution on major Latin American partners, including Claro Video, Mercado Libre, Izzi, Megacable, Total Play, Claro Brazil, Vivo, Oi, Incomm, and Dish.

Paramount+ will be the international home to a massive catalog of more than 5,000 hours of a wide range of iconic, fan-favorite titles with a wealth of entertainment for audiences of all ages at a competitive price point. In Latin America, the service will offer a broad mix of premium global and local content spanning all genres, with titles from Showtime in select markets and titles from Paramount Television Studios and CBS Studios and a diverse collection of original scripted dramas, Paramount movies, and more.
