ViX and VIDAA have secured a distribution agreement with regional reach in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America. "It is a pleasure to partner with a company like VIDAA, with a presence in more than 160 countries, serving a multiplicity of brands and with a leading operating system in the Smart TV market," Adam Waltuch, Executive vice president of Global Distribution and Streaming Partnerships at TelevisaUnivision, said.

As of 27 September, 2023, customers with VIDAA-powered smart TVs in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America, and who are ViX subscribers, have access to a library of Spanish-language content, which includes series, telenovelas, movies, news, premium content, and much more.  Additionally, starting this month, VIDAA has 13 ViX channels available in its FAST section, including Cine Retro, Galanes, Grandes Parejas, Lo Mejor de la Liga MX, Las Tres Marías, Como Dice el Dicho, Noticias ViX 24/7, Zona TUDN, Jajaja, Aquí y Ahora, Rebelde, Pequeños Gigantes and Cine de Oro.   In addition to VIDAA's user-centric approach, upcoming Hisense smart TVs will feature a button on their remote control dedicated to ViX, ensuring subscribers instant access to the streaming service.

The agreement with VIDAA strengthens ViX's presence in these countries and helps facilitate access to content, especially for Spanish-speaking audiences.  In correlation with the collaboration, Hisense has established its presence in the Mexican market for more than a decade. The partnership underscores its steady growth and dominant position in the region."Undoubtedly, this agreement strengthens our positioning and strategy for ViX and our commitment to continue working with partners that will enable us to bring our platform to more Spanish-speaking countries, to offer them the best Spanish-language entertainment content in the world," Waltuch said.

With this agreement, both companies achieve their goal of reaching more people in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America, offering the best Spanish-language content using cutting-edge technology. "At VIDAA, our purpose has always been to offer an exceptional entertainment experience, with both global and local premium content," said Yaniv Gruenwald, president of VIDAA International. "Our partnership with ViX exemplifies this vision, granting our users access to an extensive library of Spanish-language content. At the same time, we offer our advertising partners powerful and effective channels to connect with their audience."
