MIPTV 2023: Armoza reveals details of its new game show format "Bingo Blitz"

ITV Studios' Armoza Formats has internationally launched the CGI-based studio game show format, "Bingo Blitz" at ITV Studios’ Format Festival at London Screenings and it will be part of MIPTV slate. The format uses cutting-edge technology to create a cost-effective production with high value. "Bingo Blitz" comes with a technological hub that allows a simple set to turn into a shiny floor format.

This marks a new collaboration between Armoza Formats and TV technology company Gamechanger, following the successful launch of "Family Piggy Bank" which has already aired 100 episodes in Portugal. A second season of 100 additional episodes has already been commissioned by RTP1.

In "Bingo Blitz" (60’), two participants will play across seven rounds as they answer a blitz of trivia questions in just 60 seconds. For every correct answer, a number is drawn from the iconic, huge bingo machine. Every number earns more money – and if you score a bingo, you get to bring home the cash! But they must first bet on how many questions they will get right and if they miss…their road to bingo will be blocked.
