From July 14, 2025 to September 15, 2025, applications are officially open for writers and producers interested in participating in #NETPITCH® 2025, the competition dedicated to audiovisual content, feature films, series, and docuseries. The initiative is based on the industrial model created and registered by WGI – Writers Guild Italia, and has for several years now been supported by APA – Associazione Produttori Audiovisivi.
#NETPITCH® represents a valuable opportunity for talented writers and producers in search of new stories to connect and engage in dialogue. It is increasingly establishing itself as a key platform through which original projects intended for the audiovisual industry can be introduced to both the national and international market.
For the 2025 edition, the important innovation introduced in recent years continues: a new selection mechanism, aligned with international industry standards, allowing for the creation of a real contractual agreement to ensure maximum transparency in the writer-producer relationship.
Only original series, documentaries, animated projects, or feature films that are fully owned by the authors — and free of any third-party rights or options — are eligible. Each author may submit a maximum of three projects.
