Last Thursday, July 21, one of the Semi-final Round of Judging for the 50th International Emmy Awards took place at Radisson Alphaville, in which telenovelas and documentaries from around the world were judged. This Jury was chosen by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and composed of expert producers, television executives and artists specialized in telenovela and documentary categories.
Nathaniel Brendel, Sr. Director of Emmy Judging, conducted the Judging. The judges determined which programs will be nominated for the 50th International Emmy Awards that will take place in New York on November 21, 2022. Sato Company organized this event in São Paulo, and, in Brazil, three other companies are also hosting semifinals: Amazon and Globo in Rio de Janeiro, and Warner Bros. Discovery in Sao Paulo
