Today, Inside Content celebrated the Semifinal Round of the Emmy Awards in the Non-Scripted Entertainment category. The selection was carried out at the headquarters of the French Institute of Madrid, where throughout the day content produced and broadcast within this list was analyzed and voted on.

The jury was made up of 15 prominent professionals from the Spanish and international audiovisual industry, who evaluated the works that compete in the Non-Scripted Entertainment category. This includes programs dedicated mainly to entertaining or informing, with dialogues but without a script, such as talent shows, factual reality shows, reality shows, variety shows, game shows, award shows, etc.

The International Emmy Award for “Best Unscripted Entertainment Program” is a category presented by the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences at the annual International Emmy Awards, which are given to non-scripted programs produced and broadcast outside the United States. The award ceremony will take place on Monday, November 21, in New York City.

The Emmy Awards are the most important international recognition that a television program can obtain today, and Inside Content, organizer of events such as Conecta Fiction, Conecta Fiction & Entertainment and ONSeries Lisboa, has been the host of one of the semifinal rounds for three years.

"We thank Geraldine Gonard, as a member of the Academy, and the Inside Content team for organizing, once again, the semifinal round of the jury, with prominent content executives from Spain. This is a crucial part of the evaluation process of International Emmy Awards,”  said Nathaniel Brendel, Senior Director, Emmy Judging at the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

The jury convened in Madrid for the selection was made up of Oscar Prol (Prime Video), Carmen Ferreiro (Atresmedia), Sonia Perez (Cuarzo Banijay Iberia), Javier Perez (Beta Entertainment Spain), Carmen Gonzalez (Big Bang), Ignacio R. de Medina (Black Panther Group), Myriam Lopez Otazu (Warner Bros. Discovery), Daniel Grande Blum (Fremantle Spain), Daniel Domenjo (MediaCrest Entertainment), José Velasco (Izen Producciones), Eva Mor (executive producer and screenwriter), Cristina Pedroche (TV presenter), Sergio Sancho (Phileas Productions), Victor Garcia (Unicorn TV), and Javier Martinez (You First Sports).
