The Series Mania Forum once again broke a record for attendance, with 3.800 international professionals from 64 countries represented by 1.600 companies. Moreover, 52 projects were pitched, there were 54 exhibitors and 18 international delegations.
Regarding the Series Mania Festival, more than 85.500 spectators attended the Series Mania’s screenings, conferences and events, up nearly 20% from the previous edition. In total, 396 series were submitted and viewed, 57 titles selected, and 24 countries represented. Furthermore, the new Séries Mania+ platform and the official seriesmania.com website reached nearly 1.2 million page views.
“Throughout these eight days of screenings, masterclasses, meetings, parties, and photos on our purple carpet, Series Mania has once again left its mark on the world of serial creation. This is where series begin. And we cannot wait to see what the next episodes have to offer," commented Laurence Herszberg, General Director; Frédéric Lavigne, Artistic Director; and Francesco Capurro, Director of Séries Mania Forum.
For next year, the organizers have already confirmed the dates: the Festival will take place from March 15 to 22, while the Forum will be celebrated from March 19 to 21, 2024.
