SPI/FilmBox and Canal+ Group, a major international pay TV player operating in 40 countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa, announced the launch of SPI’s combat sports entertainment destination FightBox on the latter’s platform in Ethiopia.
The idea $400 million film studio stemmed from a boom in film production and the unique sceneries of the region. The studio complex will include four sound stages, water tank, animation, and post-production facilities.
