Turkish drama “The Innocents” has been sold to nine more territories in Latin America, as it is now heading to Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and El Salvador.
Turkish distributor Inter Medya announced that the successful daily drama “The Light of Hope” has been licensed in more than ten countries worldwide, as it will make its debut in Peru soon.
In addition to its 8th July debut on more than 600 screens across the region, the film has also secured theatrical premieres in Canada through Cinemaguzzo, as well as Peru and Colombia through Cinecolor.
Caracol Television in Colombia and Latina in Peru have acquired the hit talent show, bringing the total number of countries that have licensed the format to an impressive 16.
The premium drama expanded into the LATAM region following its success upon initially airing in Turkey in 2014 as "Güllerin Savaşı." The show has already demonstrated success in Argentina and will soon air in Peru on Television Latina.
