ATV’s drama series “Hercai” debuted for the US Hispanic audiences through Telemundo on June 22 and reached 1.3 million viewers with its first episode.

SynProNize, a Dubai-based content distribution and production company, has licensed popular romantic Turkish drama series to TVOne in Pakistan, while Telemundo acquired it for the United States.

ATV’s hit Turkish drama, which has been acquired by 32 countries so far, recently became a subject to an essay written by American psychologist Patti Feuereisen, who analyzed the transition journey of the characters and their psychological dimensions.

Free to air channel is celebrating its 39th birthday this October, and as an anniversary gift, the network surprised its audience by announcing that ATV’s Turkish drama “Hercai” is soon to be broadcasted in primetime.
