Italy-based content group Rainbow has announced two new moves at the Canadian animation services provider in North America Bardel Entertainment, naming Tina Chow as new CEO and Richard Grieve as COO of the company.

The title was presented by its creator, "Pinocchio." The introduction came ahead of “Pinocchio and Friends"'s November debut on 29th November.

The company is now the exclusive global consumer products licensor of “Fate: The Winx Saga,” the new Netflix original live action hit for the young adult audience, available on the platform in 190 countries.

The show up garnered over 150 broadcasters in more than 100 countries and 20 languages during its first season. Season two is set to roll out on networks worldwide.
