On Saturday, WAPA Televisión, Puerto Rico’s number one broadcast network, took home six Emmy Awards, presented by The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ Suncoast Chapter, after having received 14 nominations. The Regional Awards, which were held virtually this year, recognize excellence in all television categories throughout the entire State of Florida. WAPA’s nominees included reporters, photojournalists, editors, graphic artists, producers, and network executives.
