Alicja Czarnecka-Suls Joins Paprika Studios as Head of Non-Fiction Production

Alicja Czarnecka-Suls is a television producer who has been in the industry for almost 30 years, and from her new position she will be responsible for developing the non-fiction production department at the independent production company in Central and Eastern Europe.

Alicja Czarnecka-Suls joins the production company of CEE, Paprika Studios, as Head of Non-Fiction Production in the Polish division, and will be responsible for developing the non-fiction production department at the independent production company in Central and Eastern Europe, present in 8 countries across the region.

For many years, Alicja Czarnecka-Suls held the position of Managing Director at Rochstar and stands behind the success and introduction to Poland of such television formats as "The Voice of Poland," "Voice Kids," "Voice Senior," "Kocham Cię, Polsko," "Top Model," "Jak oni śpiewają," and "Taniec na lodzie."

Alicja Czarnecka-Suls is a television producer who has been in the industry for almost 30 years. From 2002 to 2025, she worked at Rochstar S.A, where she started as an editor, later advanced to executive producer, then supervised all productions, up to the position of managing director, before deciding to devote more time to novel writing. As an executive and supervising producer, she was responsible for producing formats including "Voice of Poland," "Voice Kids," "Voice Senior," "Jak oni śpiewają," "Surprise! Surprise!" "Dance, Dance, Dance," "To był rok," "Świat się kręci," "Bitwa o sławę," "Taniec z gwiazdami," "Taniec na lodzie," "Kocham Cię Polsko," "Story of my life," "Legia. Do końca," "To tylko kilka dni," "Rinke na krawędzi," "Rinke za zamkniętymi drzwiami," "Rinke za kratami," "Drzewo Marzeń," "Saturday Night Live Polska," "First Dates." During her career, she also worked for "Nasza TV" (TV4) and Agencja Reklamy S.A.
