Banijay France has announced a new documentary series called “Révélation,” about Karl Lagerfeld, which will air on Canal+ in January. With unique access to archives from his relatives and collaborators, this 4x45-minute series produced by KM immerses the audience into the life of the extraordinary ambitious creator.
Exploring his relationship with luxury, power and authority, the documentary delves into his origins and family history he kept hidden all his life. A man whose dark side rivalled his genius. A man who dreamed of inventing his life. The docuseries is executive produced by Guillaume Perez, Anne Solen Douguet, and co-produced by Aurélia Rouvier and Stéphane Bohée.
Banijay is supercharging its documentary offering by bringing together the best in-house Banijay productions from across the footprint, with premium third-party titles, all available to broadcasters and platforms around the world, including titles such as “Front Row” and “Four Kings” (working title).
