London-based kids’ entertainment company Cake has signed a major distribution deal with Warner Bros. Discovery to bring "Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super" to audiences in Latin America. The new agreement will see the first 13 episodes of the animated action-comedy series air on DKids starting January 2026, as part of a 52-episode rollout.

Dominic Gardner, Managing Director of Distribution at Cake, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership: “We’re delighted to continue expanding our partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery into Latin America. The region has a long tradition of embracing vibrant, character-driven storytelling, and 'Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super' delivers exactly that — high-energy comedy, relatable heroes, and universal themes of friendship and fun. We’re thrilled to see DKids bring Tom and his friends to new audiences across the region.”

Produced by Outfit7 in collaboration with Epic Story Media and ReDefine Originals, "Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super" is the latest extension of the globally popular "Talking Tom & Friends" franchise. The new series introduces a superpowered twist to the beloved characters as Talking Tom, Angela, Ben, and Hank stumble upon a mysterious device that grants them extraordinary abilities. Set in the vibrant world of Peak City, the story explores themes of self-discovery, friendship, and heroism while delivering action-packed entertainment.

This expansion into Latin America follows earlier launches across Italy, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea, further strengthening the franchise’s global reach. The franchise, developed by Outfit7, has amassed over 25 billion downloads of its games and more than 119 billion views of its video content, with up to 470 million monthly active users.

The deal underscores Cake’s continued growth strategy in global markets and its commitment to high-quality kids’ entertainment. With over 3,200 half-hours of content in its catalogue and production partnerships spanning Netflix, France Télévisions, Disney EMEA, and CBeebies, CAKE remains a leading force in independent animation distribution and production.

"Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super" marks another milestone for both CAKE and Outfit7, as the franchise continues to evolve across platforms and geographies, supported by globally recognized partners like Warner Bros. Discovery.
