Fox Turkey's rating record holder "Woman,” distributed by Calinos Entertainment and produced by Medyapim and MF Yapım, became Argentina’s most-watched television show and scored 12.2% of rating on free-to-air channel Telefe.
The Turkish drama also started broadcasting on Chile’s TVN in July with the name of “Fuerza de Mujer,” and last night, it topped its highest rating since its premiere, scoring 15.6 points between 10:50 pm and 00:07 am. This made “Fuerza de Mujer” the third most watched program on Chilean television during the entire day, according to the daily rankings.
"Woman" is the survival story of Bahar, a young widow with two children. Abandoned by her mother when she was eight, Bahar later loses her grandparents too. At a time when she feels all alone, she meets Sarp, with whom she falls madly in love with. After some years of happiness, Bahar loses her husband too and she is left with only two things that make her hold on to life: her children, Nisan and Doruk. Together, they are able to turn life into a game, poverty into fun, and absence into joy.
