GAUMONT APPOINTS FORMER AMAZON STUDIOS MICHELLE SULLIVAN

The company is continuing to grow its Animation and Family efforts in the United States with the addition of industry veteran Michelle Sullivan, who has been named VP, Creative Executive.

Gaumont is continuing to grow its Animation and Family efforts in the United States with the addition of industry veteran Michelle Sullivan, who has been named VP, Creative Executive. The announcement was made by Nicolas Atlan, President of Animation and Family at Gaumont.

Sullivan most recently served as a Development Executive for Amazon Studios, where she was instrumental in developing and overseeing the production of Amazon Kids Originals scripted animated children’s series including “Do, Re & Mi,” “Jessy and Nessy,” “Clifford The Big Red Dog,” “Wishenpoof,” “Click Clack Moo,” “Creative Galaxy,” and “Bookaboo”. Prior to that, she led National Geographic’s kids and family digital initiatives

Sullivan will officially join the team in August and will be based in Gaumont’s Los Angeles offices, reporting to Terry Kalagian, SVP of Creative Development, Animation and Family. She will be working alongside Kimberly Dennison, VP of Creative Development, sourcing projects to be developed into animated and live action series in the Animation and Family space.
